HOGJAW in France.
Bergerac the 4th of May and Cognac the 5th of May 2011

If a few months ago someone told us that HOGJAW would play two dates in Bergerac and Cognac, we wouldn't believe it. So HOGJAW is somehow a part of the new wave of Southern Rock, also made up of amongst others by BLACKBERRY SMOKE and PREACHER STONE.

Here we are this wednesday 4th of May 2011, in the Bergerac ROCKSANE, magnificent rock hall, where a few months before Ten Years After performed. The concert begins around 21 h 30, the crowd of around 110 people ensures that the evening will already be successful. HOGJAW gives a compact show to us, with an excellent version of « The Fog » and a brilliant « Flirtin’ with Disaster » as encore.

After a night of rest, and some miles further, we are in the Cognac West Rock, in its club version. The gig begins around 22 h, after an opening band, in front of less than hundred people, but it's already very good for a thusday night. The Fog is still in the first part of the show, and the band seems to be a little more tired.
